Join an existing firm

If your firm already uses TaxFigure, you'll receive an email invitation from your firm administrator. You don't need to create a TaxFigure account manually — accepting the invitation does that for you.

Accept an invitation

1. Open the invitation email from TaxFigure.
2. Click Accept invitation. You'll land on app.taxfigure.com/join.
3. Set a password (if you're not using Google or Microsoft sign-in).
4. Complete the profile setup step.

Once you accept, you'll join your firm's workspace with the role assigned by the administrator. See Roles & permissions.

Invitation expired

Invitations expire after a fixed window for security. If your link no longer works:

1. You'll be redirected to a page that says Invitation expired.
2. Ask your firm administrator to re-send the invitation.

Administrators can re-send invitations from Settings → Team Management.

I never got the email

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there:

• Confirm with your administrator that they sent the invite to the right email address.
• Ask them to re-send it from Settings → Team Management.
